Activity 4.1. Develop and implement capacity building plans on strategic and thematic issues to augment the capacity of stakeholders in every step of the climate services value chain in line with the Competency Framework for Climate Services. Activity 4.2. Organize Intra ACP Climate Services yearly fora (by ACP and AUC/WMO)- Participate in the Intra-ACP climate services annual fora to share experiences in organizing of User Forum, learn on new products and technologies, interact and engage stakeholders, understand the impacts or weaknesses of climate services provided by ACMAD, and exchange experiences with users, researchers, and providers in the ACP regions.This activity is co-led by the ACP Secretariat and the WMO to organize annual Intra-ACP forums
Activity 4.3. Contribute to a dedicated Information platform/Portal to exchange best practice, make information available for specific needs and encourage cooperation between the regions.
